Coriander powder is the dried and ground seed of the herb Coriandrum sativum, also known as Cilantro, Chinese parsley or dhania it is an annual herb in the family Apiaceae.

Coriander powder is a regular inclusion in many different types of Middle Eastern recipes like seafood, Vegetarian and soups recipes.
