Turkish Yogurt and Walnut Dip

Yogurt with mashed walnuts, garlic, chilli and garnished with paprika

Turkish Yogurt and Walnut Dip

Ingredients:

2 Cups Plain Yogurt
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Cup Walnuts
1 Tsp Ground Chilli
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tblsp Olive Oil
Paprika for garnish

Method:

  1. Finely mash the walnuts with a mortar and pestle then mix all the ingredients togeather.
  2. Add a little water if you want to make the mixture smoother.
  3. Serve with pita crisps.
