Moroccan Cinnamon Tea

Hot cinnamon tea garnished with walnuts and pine nuts

Moroccan Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients:

3 cups water
1 tbsp cinnamon
5 cinnamon sticks
1/4 tsp ginger powder
3 tbsps sugar
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp pine nuts

Method:

  1. Boil all the ingredients in a saucepan except nuts on high heat, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain into cups.
  3. Garnish with nuts.
  4. Serve hot.
